Timberlark is operated by Still Stumpin Logging Inc., a Florida-based corporation. When this policy refers to "Timberlark," "we," "us," or "our," it means Still Stumpin Logging Inc. and its Timberlark platform at timberlark.com.

2. What Information We Collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us through our forms:

Contact forms and signup forms: Name, email address, phone number (optional), state or country, your role in the timber industry, and any message you choose to include.
EUDR compliance inquiries: Name, email, company name, country, and your role (importer, exporter, processor, etc.).

We do not collect payment information directly. Any payment processing is handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

We do not use cookies beyond what is set by our hosting provider (Vercel) for basic analytics and performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes only:

To respond to your inquiry or question
To notify you about platform updates, early access availability, and launch announcements
To contact you about EUDR compliance services if you have requested information
To contact you about investment or partnership discussions if you have initiated that inquiry

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Timberlark uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Formspree — handles form submissions. Formspree receives the data you enter in our forms and forwards it to us by email. See Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may collect basic analytics data (page views, visitor counts, general geographic region) for platform performance monitoring. Vercel does not collect personally identifiable information. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Stripe — payment processing for platform transactions. Stripe's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
VeChain — blockchain audit trail. Job records written to the VeChain blockchain are public, immutable, and contain only operational data (GPS coordinates, timestamps, job metadata). No personally identifiable information is written to the blockchain.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it or as required by law. If you request deletion, we will remove your information from our records within 30 days.

Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Opt out of any future communications from us at any time
